Dit prachtige huis van recente bouw, gelegen tussen Santa Gertrudis en San Mateo, biedt rust en kalmte, terwijl het dicht bij de belangrijkste recreatiegebieden ligt (15 minuten van Ibiza-stad met de auto) en de stranden van Ibiza, zoals Cala Salada of Cala Gracio (10 minuten met de auto).
Verdeling op één verdieping:
Eetkamer met tafel voor 6-8 personen, satelliet TV, open haard, grote ramen die leiden naar het grote terras voor het huis en het zwembad.
Aparte volledig ingerichte keuken met wasplaats en berging (met aparte ingang).
1 hoofdslaapkamer met een bed van 1,50 x 2m, badkamer met douche en-suite, kleedkamer
1 slaapkamer met een bed van 1.35 x 2m.
1 slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden (een bed van 1.10 x 1.90m en een ander van 0.90 x 1.90m).
Deze laatste 2 slaapkamers delen een badkamer met een douche op de gang.
Het hele huis is voorzien van airconditioning en ook een kinderbedje en kinderstoel.
Buiten: zoutwaterzwembad omgeven door gras, fruitbomen, 6 ligstoelen, tafeltennistafel. Er is ook een groot terras met een eethoek in de buitenlucht en een bankgedeelte, beschermd door doorschijnende gordijnen en een Balinees bed.
Schoonmaak compleet om de 7 dagen.

In the kitchen there are very many ants , this was also a problem 2 years ago . Every day we went ant hunting :-).

I did email Eco Ibiza to inquire if we could check in sooner if possible as we had a child and it would of been nice to of got settled as we arrived in the morning and could not check in till 3

Extra opmerkingen
- De verhuurorganisatie vraagt u om contact op te nemen een week voor aankomst om uw vlucht/schipnummer en aankomsttijd door te geven zodat de sleuteloverdracht kan worden geregeld.
- Tijdens het laagseizoen zijn de tijden voor check-in en check-out flexibel. Neem contact op met de verhuurorganisatie voor de mogelijkheden.
- De toeristenbelasting zit niet in de prijs inbegrepen.
- Terugbetaling borgsom: via creditcard 24 tot 48 uur na uw vertrek
- Aankomst buiten kantooruren: Neem contact op met de verhuurorganisatie voor de sleuteloverdracht. Het totale bedrag dient vooraf betaald te worden.
